There is no cost to list items on the site. When an item sells, you will be charged 10% of the sale price of the item (not including shipping). It is also possible to upgrade your listing (charges for that are identified on the listing creation page).
Q: Do I need to pay the site to buy items? We do not collect fees from winning buyers. Your financial obligations are only to the seller (item and shipping costs).
Q: The site supports two kinds of listings, fixed price and auction. Which one is better? The answer depends on your storage situation, your knowledge of the market and the demand for the item. If you have no issue storing the item and you prefer not to sell below a specific price, then you can list it with a fixed price that you set. If you aren't sure of the item's value or you need to clear the space, then it's best to list it as an auction with a low starting bid to ensure it sells. If your item is in demand, then an auction listing will generally bring a better final price than a fixed price listing.
Q: Does the site provide any kind of guarantee about the items sold on it?We provide just the sales platform. Just as with any other internet site, the responsibility is on the buyer to understand the condition of the item, reputation of the seller and conditions of sale before they agree to purchase and send money.
Q: Most of my selling settings are the same for each of the items I list. Do I need to enter them each time? No! There is a way to set default selections in the seller's section of the member's area.
Q: I have a lot of items to list. Is there some efficient way to list them in bulk?Yes! There is a way to bulk upload items via CSV file. Please contact us and we will assist you.
Q: I'm looking for something that currently isn't available on the site. Is there some way when it becomes listed?Yes. The search capability of the site can save your search and then you can configure it to send an email when a new item is listed that meets your search criterion.
Q: I won a number of listings. Is there a way to combine them into a single invoice/shipment?
